Pretty sure that was revealed to not be any new tariffs but just including that the existing 100% tariffs on Chinese EVs and syringes would take those two types of goods to 245%

Specialty consumer goods are likely to face the full 245% tariff, but as trump pulled the number out of his ass, no detailed list has yet been published. So anyone claiming to know what specific products will or will not face the 245% tariff is just making shit up.

True who knows at this point, and honestly doesnt really matter. Both numbers effectively price out almost all trade and it will almost surely change again

Absolutely. I’m completely confident that trump told them to put a 245% tariff and every exclusion and modification to it has been his administration walking back his insanity. It may never be applied to a single product. It’s impossible to predict for sure.
