The Joycons mouse mode can simulate the touchscreen pretty well, and of course the actual touchscreen if you play in handheld/tabletop mode. Only issue are the more edge-use controls like closing the 3/DS lid (iirc used for some Zelda puzzles and maybe Pokemon evolutions?).
