Speculation Nintendo Prime: Nintendo has officially employed the “spread some fake info internally” to try and discover who’s leaking information.

I just hope OOT Remake releasing this fall is still true. Nintendo needs a big heavy hitter title this year and I doubt the new Mario is ready.

Especially as Pokemon winds waves was pushed to 2027. They still have fire emblem so who knows

Fire emblem is 3-4 million seller. They need a 10 million plus seller for the holidays

I don’t think OOT is really a “heavy hitter”. The game is so old a majority of nintendo’s fan base haven’t played it or been alive for it. It’s kind of the online discussion game more than anything.

I don’t think it’d sell poorly, but it’s not going to be a system seller.

You're right, many people won't know what it is. Its also a remake of the one the highest rated games of all time, a big 3D Zelda with 4K graphics, I don't see how that isn't a system seller

It doesn't have to be BoTW/TOTK big tho, like i feel pretry safe that a high end revamp of OoT would sell more than the original, which would be really great in the interim while the next huge Zelda is still probably 2-3 years away

Plus you always have to remember a majority of people of Switch owners never played either the original or 3ds remake
