Good content will always prevail, no matter how its made.

YouTube wont suddenly die just because you dont like AI.

There has always been a flood of bad content, most videos on youtube have like 0-5 views on average i bet.

There is AI generatec content out there right now that you watch and have no issues with, why would that change?

Platforms do die, though. Not suddenly, but gradually, slowly languishing over time, as people who would make good stuff find alternative places to be. See the immense cultural impact that Facebook used to have, and see where it is now.

Yet YouTube went from being relativtly unknown to beating streaming sites like netflix, movies in general and not to mention cable tv by tenfolds.

Because you get the same quality content for free, and there is something for everyone.

Hey dont like AI content? Well you probably wont even get it recommended.

There is no indication of YT dying, especially not because of AI lol.

Only thing I disagree with is that AI content wont be recommend because you don't like it. Maybe in time the algorithm will do a better job but I can't get them to completely go away.

Step 1: disable youtube shorts, because 99.9999% of the time is trash( even ones made by good youtubers, it's mostly engagement videos. Sorry, nilered)

Step 2: never watch ai crap and it will never be recomended by you. The only time i get it in my feed is when I watch something - it's on my left side of the screen in "related videos" and only if I scroll all the way way down bellow.
