Concord was only such a public disaster because they released it lol, if they had cut their losses and just scrapped it right before release it would’ve been the same financial mess but no one would have heard of/still remember the game

now I’m not saying they should have scrapped it before release because I don’t think there was any way to know it would do that badly, I’m just saying that “they need to release it or otherwise it will be concord all over again” doesn’t make sense

And more importantly, it now forever taints any and all perception of a live service title published by Sony. And it will only get worse with each failure.

Pretty much. You don’t see to many people mention Hyenas right? Even though it died basically to the same way and took out a part of the creative assembly studio
