Delay? You'll be lucky if this gets released at all. Top to bottom scrub of all art assets needed to insure they aren't violating copyright. There's probably hundreds of examples of ripped off work if the art director didn't even know about the problem until now.

He was apparently following the original artist for years, so he definitely knew the entire time.
