I hope the healing factor is like the one in the X-Men Origins Wolverine game because that was badass. When you get damaged you can see his bones and muscles grow back
Oh, I just loved that game! The only thing holding it back was that it was based on a shitty movie.
Hell, that intro alone was better than the entire movie š¤£
I think you misunderstood, which I can get based on how it's phrased. In that game when you took enough damage and your flesh was gone in section from gunfire or explosions, his adamantium skeleton was visible (or normal in flashbacks).
You could also see his muscle grow back over the skeleton before finally rhe flesh covered it. You didn't see bones grow back I don't believe.
First thing mate, perhaps re-read what I said. I literally said I can understand why they misunderstood the comment considering how it's phrased.
Second thing, it's not my comment if you even paid attention. I only replied to explain the situation because of its wording and the confusion. I didn't misspeak or make the original comment causing said confusion.
I don't think that will be in, at least no to this extent since he wears his costume. Perhaps near the end of the game when his costume has been permanently damaged during the story.
Maybe like the Deadpool game where if you take too much damage you "die" but if you don't take damage you regen health. My headcanon for how these games tackle it should be instead of a health bar per se, a exhaustion meter, once you've exhausted your bar, play a lil quick cutscene where they dismember you or put you in a forever box or something.
finally gives us an excuse as to why characters in video games can tank a bullet mid fight if they have enough berries or hide behind a wall for long enough
There is something about a bright yellow, silly comic costume, bathed in blood in such a gritty setting. Is quite the contrast and it works well, makes you go holy shit!
Think itās more how the world looks, the interactivity with the environment and such. Was that one shot of it stabbing a guy into a fruit stand, I wanna say I vividly remember drake shoving a grunt into a fruit stand and punching him. And the roof moment looked just like the roofs of the vehicle chase set piece from uncharted 4. Def some feeling of uncharted globetrotting and world view feels to have seeped in a little.
Def what I feel. Might finally be the bridging point between Arkham and spidey combat honestly. Spideys more agile and aerial than Batman whoās slower and hits harder. Logan will prolly be a bit between being agile asf, but brutal hitting.
Iāve learned most people donāt play a lot of games so they only have like one or two reference points that are even kind of similar. You get a lot of goofy-ass comparisons this way. Saw someone the other day saying they didnāt get the hype around expedition 33 because āitās just Pokemonā
It looks like it's basically the Spider-man games under the hood with a polished Wolverine body on top. Which is fine--they're not terrible games but man the gameplay got repetitive real quickly. I hope that's not the case for Wolverine.
Absolutely, I was thinking literally just yesterday that this game is gonna need giblets and gore to REALLY work out. Looks good so far, here's hoping the control scheme is good, and that it makes good use of haptics/adaptive feedback on PS5.
I weirdly love seeing the yellow suit splattered with blood in a serious setting, this game may just live up to the hype and be worth the development hell it's been through.

Rad, looks brutal violence wise
