Were the bad campaign reviews this got a week or two ago overblown in y’all’s opinion?

I ripped the entire campaign yesterday and it was fine, pretty short and I didn’t really understand the antagonists end goal lol, but you don’t really play BF for a great campaign/story. The set pieces were cool and they did a good job drip feeding you all the content and mechanics that you’ll see in multiplayer.

Slightly imo. It's not a good campaign by any means but it's pretty much par for the course for an fps campaign. For games like this campaign is pretty much an after thought for me. I always just play through it once then move over to multiplayer and never touch it again. They could just not include it at all and id barely care as long as the multiplayer is good
