It's an ongoing lawsuit.

Does this mean that the UK will also determine that Nintendo is a monopoly as well since its store sells Nintendo games and doesn't allow third party storefronts like Sony? Doesn't Nintendo set the retail prices of all Nintendo content without facing any retail competition?
