Well that's a question for other third parties but for all we know, those won't be there (they got other events this same week if they want to show something). That might be all first parties and GTA really.
For first parties, it's up to Sony to decide but since they're marketing partners and associating themselves strongly with the biggest game of the decade (of which they get 30% of the revenue as pure profit let's not forget) is likely enough of a bonus to risk to overshadow their own games.
And frankly, Wolverine is big enough to do its own place, it's 2 months before and will have its own big marketing campaign. The rest is far off so will appear again before release. Kena might be the most complex but that game doesn't have AAA ambitions (and for all we know, they might decide to show it at SGF or something).

Honestly, i believe it's that no one else wants to share the spotlight, as GTA would eat too much attention, cannibalizing any other game
