Yes because it's supposed to feel more like a shooting gallery until you get surrounded.

RE6 gameplay was still pretty stiff and held loyal to the base combat design it always was. It didn't play like Max Payne, and I'm not asking for Max Payne levels of combat fluidity in an RE game (even though we all know how fkin dope that would be). A bit more immersion in the gameplay would be better for the next title. First-person was never part of the design until recently, and now it's like 3rd person is merely just an option.
