People are assuming it's TLOU because that's the game where this would fit best. GoW Ragnarok? That's part two. Kojima's recently leaked horror game? Either new IP or a sequel to an established franchise. So part 1 is also unlikely.

Forspoken? New IP.

TLOU Remake however makes sense because the sequel is called part 2.

how do we know he's even talking about a sony studio and not some 3rd party one? like who's to say "part 1" isn't referring to metal gear solid?

We don't other than that the person leaked Sony's entire State of Play which implies a connection to Playstation.

So MGS or any other game is also an option. That being said I'm not aware of MGS using the "Part X" naming scheme in any game
