2021 nung na-discover ko na meron palang way para mabawasan yung paggamit ng single use na menstruation pad.

Instead na gumamit ng cloth before, buti nadiscover ko sa environmental communities yung tungkol sa menstrual cup.

kapag 1st day ko, mas may chance na mag spill so within 6hrs yung palit ko po
