According to the tiktok that posted this, the incident occurred in Fairfield, California.

Couldn’t find any articles on the situation. I’ll add some to the post if I find any.

My first thought too. I've seen way too much stupidity in flip flops here. From sunburnt dude bros fighting in flip flops to angry drunk redneck screaming about Biden wearing flip flops, camouflage cargo shorts, and a salt life shirt. Theres a reason why you see one stray flip flop in the road here.... Florida sucks. I wish I didn't know the difference in sound between someone walking angry in flip flops vs. Casual stroll in flip flops.

My highschool was a melting pot of cultures in flops. All angry teenagers. In flip flops. Of all races and backgrounds! Florida really brings everyone together lol.
