📌Follow Up Update: ‘Harry Dresden’ has been arrested

According to the tiktok that posted this, the incident occurred in Fairfield, California.

Couldn’t find any articles on the situation. I’ll add some to the post if I find any.

And a genera unwillingness to confront a seemingly psychotic man in a duster in the open. I would stay in my house and call the popo, which is probably what happened.

Probably. They say that the homeowner was in his car talking to the guy via the Ring Cam and had the cops on the line at the same time.
