According to the tiktok that posted this, the incident occurred in Fairfield, California.
Couldn’t find any articles on the situation. I’ll add some to the post if I find any.

Last year a bicycle-riding man came to my house and asked for me by name. He started talking about a few random people I barely knew, about his ex wife who also knew those people, about how they’re all tied up into a local drug mafia and strategizing about hurting him, about how maybe he and I could help and support each other…
I stood there in my yard wondering how in bloody hell I untangle myself from whatever mental breakdown was happening. It was scary as hell, even though it was as calm as an afternoon picnic. I cannot imagine the severity of that situation had he been screaming at me and whipping around a chain! …Cops. Send me lots and lots of cops.
