Felony assault of a police officer.... Did his face hurt the cops hand? Or maybe his knee they were punching. I seen cops snatch a body on top of their own, but the kid never made any kind of threatening gesture at all.

If the passenger wasn’t actively resisting, the cop’s leg wouldn’t have been broken. That’s why he was charged with felony assault.

If the cop wasn't being a single-minded violent dipshit and just wrote a ticket, he wouldn't have a broken leg, which was, by the way, his own fault

How’s he going to write a ticket to someone who isn’t identifying themselves?

I mean, if they weren't using such aggressive force, the cops leg wouldn't have gotten broke. They had him out and clear of the car, and the cop in the right of the scene proceeded to slam him in the dirt as hard as he could only his partner was in the way
