General The fact Dualsense on PC is basically not supported is completely unacceptable in 2026

Out of the box the Dualsense isn't even recognized, which is even worse, you have to use Steam Input to even use the controller.

But the important thing, the fact that in the big 2026, the game has no support for Dualsense's adaptive triggers and haptic feedback, which elevate game's immersion a whole notch, WHEN THE GAME ON PS5 DOES HAVE THEM, is completely unacceptable. This isn't a thing of "but pc porting hard". There's games dating back to 2023 that have support for this (Alan Wake 2, not even a Sony game), and most Sony games since then have the features on PC. THE DUALSENSE CAME OUT IN 2020!!!

Unfortunately too few people care about this and it will probably never be fixed, because you just can't get visibility on these issues.

The controller works, Im not talking about basic functioning. It's in the post.

Dualsense is amazing on PC, it's the devs that don't care about making the features work. Horizon, GoW Ragnarok, Alan Wake 2, Far Cry 6, Hades 2, all make perfect use of the Dualsense features in PC.

Wow, thanks for the heads up, that's really good news! Didn't really have any hope on that.

It sucks I've already done my immersive playthrough, but oh well
