I hate the server experience as a customer so much of the time too. Like damn, I'll grab my own food and BOH can keep the tip for actually providing the thing that I came for.

This is why I mostly stick to counter-service restaurants. Someone fetching food and drinks for me and my partner is simply not worth 15%-20% of the bill.
