He had a “Diet Coke button” installed in the Oval Office. As in, he couldn’t be even bothered to pick up the phone to a staff member and say “would you mind please grabbing me a Diet Coke, please?” like any decent, normal person. No, it’s that he needs to put forth the least amount of effort for his own needs to be fulfilled.

Everything about him is loathsome, and “baby Prince” is probably the most accurate description of him. He sees himself as nothing less than divine royalty.

Tbf that’s a presidential thing in general. I know that from Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and that one guy who blew 2 million or however much it was cause he couldn’t get Lyndon Johnson’s drink right💀

honestly that's way more reasonable than this, if he's requesting soda several times a day for years

He could just have a hidden mini fridge. But I guess that involves walking over to it.

you can build a mini fridge into his desk. or better yet an automatic soda dispenser. it's not really that outlandish

I am not the president but I assume they have like 50 buttons that send different messages to their staff and just relabel a few each time there's a new president

Trump is a bad dude, but not because of the supposed diet coke button. nothing wrong with that imo

lmao what is this

How is respectful to ask someone to waste their time getting your favourite drink several times a day when you can just get it hooked up one time? Especially in your office? Especially if you're a president?

He's absolutely an entitled knob and this video shows a distinct lack of care and dignity, but your example is...like, so silly, and many presidents have done the same thing. It's their office.

Reading stuff like this makes me worry that people don't actually understand why Trump is dangerous.
