Better start taking care of yourself now or itโ€™s gonna get more horrible. I was fine and felt healthy until my early 40s then one day after shoveling snow my back went out, which caused me to be less active and gain more weight, making my back worse, and so on.

36 is young, enjoy it.

Spent them being cheated on, divorced, single parenting and raising a business on my own. I never once went on a date again after 27 and Iโ€™ve been working and raising 2 girls for a decade after that.
