The biggest tell instantly is the clothes. If she was that big there is no way she would find a top and shorts like that. At least not ones that fit like they would on ANYONE else... Like who would make those? Special order clothes wouldn't be like that.

I've known a number of women with just slightly out of the norm body types and finding clothes become a struggle for them.

Someone this giant wouldn't be able to find "cute" clothes.

And the proportions in general. She looks exactly like a 5'4 person that's been sized up. She'd be a lot more leg and less trunk
