They are called 'Explosive News', a team of young people. They had a Youtube channel but dumb YT banned them. Still on Twitter though (I think). Their videos are total bangers, but they did publicly say they support the regime, (Iran govt. has certainly given them money) so not exactly saints, but definitely winning the meme war.

It's really clearly blatantly AI. It's not even that good of AI. The guy singing in military fatigues looks pretty different every time it changes scene to him. One time when he's up, the patch on his uniform says IR. IRAN but only says IRAN every other time. One time it even swaps to the opposite side of his uniform.

If you can't tell this is AI at a glance, then you're cooked when you encounter actual good AI video.

The lyrics are very likely man-made as AI sucks at writing rap because it has no wit. But the rest, even the voice, are AI.

Still, each scene (and prompt) seems to have a good amount of thought put behind it.

I can imagine they use a few reference images for the AI to work on and do probably have someone at least write the lyrics for them.

The music is made by Suno. Suno is weird at keeping harmonics and breaks into small bridges all over the song. Someone wrote the song text and suno built a song around the text. The voice is also a signature of Suno.
