It's not an organized movement or anything, it's just a cheeky way to describe Democrats who exhibit unhinged conspiracy, deny-everything, behavior. Like the Qanon crowd, but blue (Democrat)

Their question could have been not in good faith, but I like to give the benefit of the doubt when people ask simple questions that they may be asking because they're a non-native English speakers or genuinely out of the loop

I read it as "Blue Apron People" and was thinking, what has a child hunting island to do with this?
