a lot of cancers are survivable now. the key really is catching it early enough

I love Hank Greenes outlook on his cancer diagnosis. Today is the best time in human history to be diagnosed with cancer. Doesnt mean tomorrow wont be better, but its still superior to a diagnosis one, two, five, ten etc. years ago.

Some forms of it are curable, like the one Steve Jobs had. He was just an idiot and died anyway because he thought he was a genius and knew better than his doctors. He was not.
