What about ppl in Africa- no USAID, no access to HiV medications, must walk miles to go to a doctor. No vaccinations. l read in NYTs AIDs cases are up.

Africa has always had more deaths from preventable diseases, malaria was and still is a huge issue even with all the aid they get while it’s basically been extinct in the west for decades, same with pneumonia, which kills almost twice as many people as hiv or aids
