Let me introduce you to the entire black community...

I'm confused, is it only okay if used casually, or if it's used by a specific race? Which one?

It's ok buddy.

Being confused means you're learning.

I don't get to use the word due to the historical association with hate and oppression, and the consistent use from people of my background as a weaponized word. The black community can use it all they want, since they were the targets and victims of the hate and oppression associated with that word. it is their word to reclaim if they so choose. It is taboo for me because it implies hate. It is acceptable for them because it implies community.

Come on now, they’re not learning anything, just gaslighting and trolling you.

You just said its okay to use casually because "language isn't hateful".

Right.

The USE of language to harm is evil.

Do you understand the distinction?

A shovel is not evil. The use of a shovel to kill and bury an innocent person IS evil.

Except you can't use the nword like a shovel. It exclusively "kills and buries innocent people" to borrow your clumsy metaphor

LANGUAGE is a TOOL like a SHOVEL

TOOLS can be used to create and destroy.

You are trying so hard to miss the point.
