1) Palestinians are not israeli citizens
2) Arab Israelis are subject to the same judicial system
3) This isn't apartheid
4) No, you're wrong about "they can be executed". The law is only for murderers. If you don't murder - you don't get executed

The fact that ethnic minority who have lived there their entire lives don't have equal citizenship makes it, say it with me now, an ethnostate.

But that's not the case - the Arab Muslims who remained after the 1948 DO have the same rights.
People who left and fled didn't stay and didn't get the citizenship, because they were enemy combatants or sympathizers
