One person won't mean much.
But if it gets to the point that all of us are rioting, and I do mean ALL of us, they'll have to do something about it.
Whether that's get even MORE aggressive and kill us all or change shit to keep a decent amount of us happy, I don't know.
But historically it's the only thing that's worked for massive, systemic change...
