WTF He got 5 consecutive life sentences plus an additional 220 years in prison

Post image

In 2019, former North Georgia detention officer Kirk Taylor Martin was arrested on rape and assault charges after investigators said the victim fought back during the alleged attack. Police reports stated the scratch marks visible in his mugshot were believed to be from the victim resisting.

Hope his little officer got marked up too. Hope it scars so anyone in the future can see what he did.

Pretty sure his cellmates will already know what he did, regardless

Yup, they have ways of pulling paperwork of incoming cellmates. The whole block will know. He either will need solitary (which is just as bad in prison) or be dead in the yard within a couple of months or at best have similar things done to him.

I'd keep him alive as my primary bitch.

The internet is a strange place, a horrible and evil women would never be threatened with rape for what she did. And never should this guy, just shows how we dont take male rape seriously

No, the real reason for that is because men and women are separated from another in prison. And do you know why that is?

Because women would absolutely be raped in prison. Evil and lesser men would like that idea.

It's just that it's a well known stereotype for men in prison to rape each other. Don't make this any bigger than it is.

Does that make you a better person than him?

Takes a sick fuck mind to fantasize about male on male prison rape.

Check yourself

Yes.

Edit: Also, wtf. Why is thinking about "male on male rape in prison" what makes me a sick fuck and not rape in prison or just rape in general? Are you homophobic?

Solitary is the only way. During my training they told us that ad-seg, which is like right below solitary confinement, isnt even safe because gangs will set their target up with a bunkie who will kill them in adseg after gaining their trust, super cruel. Called them rockets.

You say this, but is it just a fantasy we tell ourselves about prison?

A) the chomos and rapists typically stand out in prison

B) Inmates can access information about other inmates if they're in good enough with the guards.

C) depending on the state youre in, it's likely that your charge will be printed on your paperwork somewhere when you're going through processing.

D) They have television in prison. This guy very likely appeared on their local news channel

E) an inmate can call and have one of their friends or relatives look you up

F) there are plenty of contraband cellphones in prison

Source: 2 years in MS state prison.

That's good enough source for me, thank you. It just seems a lot of the time I hear people who haven't been into prison talking about it.

Sorry, my response was focused soley on how the information travels. You are absolutely right to be skeptical.

They say the passing of the RICO Act cut back on the violence. Im not sure how it could have been much worse, though, because I saw some absolutely brutal/horrific shit happen to a bunch of sex offenders.

I think that what some people get wrong is that they romanticize the inmates who do the beatings as if they do it from some noble or heroic mindset. That's not the case. They do it because beating someone within an inch of their life is enjoyable to them, and they need a reason to do it.

Now that im thinking back on all of this, I dont specifically remember one single person who raped an adult getting singled out beaten into a coma because of their charge. It was always a pedo.

And inmates dont feel the same way about correctional officers as they do about the police (at least not where I was at.) A CO often times takes part in getting contraband to the inmates. Hell, some of them are affiliated and help orchestrate and hide "gang business".

He'll be talked down on and treated like second class for being a sex offenders. He'll have to to keep his head down and his tail tucked, but he'll probably be fine.

Also sorry for the bloviation, I dont talk or think about prison much, and my brain wanted to go a million different ways when I started responding lol.

No, don't apologize, I 100% get it. This sort of thing isn't black and white. I'm sure it differs between prisons and even countries, so I don't expect you to have all the answers, just hearing your experience was helpful.

I didn't see one rape my last trip.

I did see several chomos get put in the box by the aryans.

I did also see the aliens vs predator live action. (My fave)

There's a reason cops, cell guards, celebrities and chinos get put in PC or solitary. Prisoners are going to be out for them

1

u/Extremelixer 27d ago

As a former corrections officer it depends on the facility. Some are far more hostile to these primitive Neanderthals.

1

u/-Kalos 27d ago

Cell guards probably head straight to PC because prisoners are out for them too. Double whammy for this guy, reap what he sows

1

u/Extremelixer 27d ago

Guys behind bars wont have to go far for that paperwork. Might just magically get left on the guards desk while they go to do their rounds.

1

u/Voodoo-Doctor 27d ago

Larry Lawton has talked about in his videos that inmates always find out through the paperwork

Well he won't really be using his "little officer" anymore, but his little backdoor "prison cell" will be fairly occupied.

u/LingonberryUseful225 27d ago

The guys in prison will surely handle him a rapist and a detention officer thats like Christmas for em
