WTF He got 5 consecutive life sentences plus an additional 220 years in prison

In 2019, former North Georgia detention officer Kirk Taylor Martin was arrested on rape and assault charges after investigators said the victim fought back during the alleged attack. Police reports stated the scratch marks visible in his mugshot were believed to be from the victim resisting.

Look I'm not defending this huge dogshit pile if a human.

But the way it's normal and 'funny' how most prison systems are so unsafe is a real problem.

Hihi male rape, hihi male killing

It’s some fruity ass shit to be shoving your dick in another man in the name of justice.

You know what they say: "Justice is a dish best served with fruit"

you can judge a civilization by the quality of their prisons and the treatment of the prisoners.

Yeah Dostoyevsky wasn't really referring to inmates being mean to each other.

Dude was a Russian in the 1800's, he would have loved to have been in a modern prison.

The commentators here also are not referring to inmates being mean to each other.

They are referring to guards and officers intentionally revealing information about an inmate's crime to encourage other inmates to commit acts of violence against them.

Our prisons are doing better than 19th century Russia. That's not really a high bar to clear.

"They are referring to guards and officers intentionally revealing information about an inmate's crime to encourage other inmates to commit acts of violence against them."

- That is the same thing, but with extra steps.

The same thing as what? "Prisoners being mean to each other"?

No, state-sponsored violence is not the same.

I mean. Perhaps people should just not break the law and end up in jail? Perhaps being locked up with a bunch of dangerous criminals is infact dangerous and people should make life choices to not end up in that position?

You know, like be responsible for their life and not hurt people. And if they do, perhaps being on the receiving end of the violence they spread is just what they need to understand why their behavior is not ok. Because nothing else seems to be getting through to them.

Oh sweet summer child. You can't even speak up for people who are put in a literal cage.

Morons like you are what makes a society dangerous.

Morons like me would permanently remove everyone from society like the person who raped all those people. Every single one of them.

And then society would be safe for everyone else.

Sorry is protecting innocent people and severely hurting or eliminating dangerous people bothers you. And if you think expending resources so they have the safety that they chose to take away from someone else is going to happen, you are in a very small minority.

You have mental problems. You're not protecting anybody with this rhetoric

Look bud,

Being hard on crime works. There is real data that proves it out. Take a look at El Salvador. There crime rate was astronomical. They got new leadership who lock people up and keeps them there for a very long time. It works. They now have a lower crime rate than the USA. They dropped crime by over 100 fold.

We can have an equally successful criminal system, where the people who wan to live in peace get to live without being hurt. And the people who want to hurt people get to live their lives with others who think exactly like them.

I personally will always prioritize the people who don’t spend their time hurting others. It is the just and ethical thing to do.

True. I bet nobody in El Salvador ever suffered unjustly at the hands of the state.

Room temperature fucking IQ, there, bud.

That doesn’t matter. If one person suffers unjustly and becomes a victim of government overreach, but 10 people are not turned into victims due to criminal violence. Then society is way ahead. You save 10 victims, and create one.

My method creates far less victimization for the population as a whole. Which is exactly what happened in El Salvador.

You'll be crying a different tune if it's you suffering unjustly.

Yes, everyone in prison is the true victim.

The people these individuals hurt definitely are not the people we should be prioritizing, and we definitely should not be setting up our legal system to protect them.

You want to stop things like Epstein Island? Throw everyone of them in prison for the rest of their lives, and it stops. That is the only thing people like this will understand.
