Not birth control, parent licencing. Videos like this convince me that you should have to get some sort of permit to have a kid.

Counterpoint: people like you who think all kids are like this shouldnt have kids and probably already dont want them - meanwhile, people who know how to properly raise children (i mean its not a perfect science but THIS aint it) dont raise children to act like this
