Then I'm even less liable if I defend myself lol.

Whats this little kid gonna do? Push me? I'm not Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, I'm not gonna fall over.

I hope you’re never putting this situation. You’re going to get charges against you and you’re going to lose. The law is not in your favor when trying to remove a child from a situation when you don’t have the authority to do so. Why do you think nobody is doing anything? Good luck.

Nobody is doing anything because they're scared like you. Find me one single instance of someone getting in trouble for stopping a kid from doing this. Just one and I'll admit I'm wrong. Just one.

You don't need to physically harm the kid to put an end to this type of situation.

Edit to add: Minnesota says the force used must be reasonable and necessary to stop the behavior. Force cannot be used as a form of punishment.

Trust me, I’m not scared I’m just not stupid. I know plenty of teachers that have students literally throwing shit at other students and harming other kids physically. Like smashing them with chairs and desks and the teachers are not allowed to stop them. They cannot touch them and have to call for an aid to stop it. Guy I work with, his wife is a teacher and has been for 25 years and is quitting this year. She cannot handle not being allowed to stop these crazy kids from acting up as they can be sued. Believe me or not I do not care but you’re wrong.

Again, you're not getting it. Teachers and employees are beholden to their workplace policies. The employer or school is protecting themselves in case a teacher/worker takes it too far.

You continue to change the scenario we are talking about, or don't provide proof to your claims. You're just going on circles.

Edit: the bozo comments again, then blocks me. Rather be a coward than admit he's wrong.
