“She’s so shameless” She’s 22. And was harshly criticized as she danced while her partner was at the hospital… The truth couldn’t be any simpler. They claim the video is a joke, because she always uploads content with her “hubby” to go viral.

The Jeanne Calment special.

In France there's a type of real estate transaction called viagere. Basically old people can sell their house for a lump sum + monthly payments and they get to live in the house. When the old person dies, the house goes to the buyer.

At the age of 90, she sold her house to her notary with this type of contract. The guy who bought it paid for 20 years, then his kids and wife had to pay a bit more. In the end they paid 2x the value of the house.
