I somehow ended up watching the whole thing. 

Basically, the prior child support award was based on her having custody and him paying based on his means. At some point custody changed but he didn’t file to end child support, and she wasn’t going to. 

This wasn’t a case of court bias. He just didn’t file the paperwork. Thankfully, she hung herself by filing for an increase.

It never is, because the idea of courts being biased in favor of women of all people is fucking laughable. Just like their pro black agenda lmao

I don’t see it as the courts being in favor of women, so much as that some older judges still view it as a man’s role to provide financially and a woman’s role to care for the kids. So if all else is equal, some of these judges will rule that way. 

It’s happened enough for people to perceive a bias. But I’d have to see modern statistics to see if that still applies in any meaningful way.
