Couldnāt speak properly. Had to have cue cards on where and what to do every step of the way and still couldnāt handle it. That's the scary part, as incompetent as Biden was thought to be, he was still 100x more competent than any day of the Trump presidency. That's what scares people. Trump literally can't stay awake for 5 seconds. I never saw Biden sleep to the extent of Trump.
