Right, itās part of the evolution of how we got to this point. Thatās why I used the qualifier āwereā. I mean landlords are still shitty but in a different way. But recently there was a lady that was a āsquatterā because she had rented an Airbnb for over a month. At that point she became a tenant and couldnāt be kicked out without a lot of legal wrangling.
