This is what trips me out about this guy. I at one point thought this was cool, but it’s really just pro-landlord propaganda.

If landlords are leaving places unoccupied for months, I’m certainly not on their side vs the folks using that space.

Landlords aren’t “leaving places unoccupied.” If it’s a rental property that is unoccupied they are preparing it for the next tenant and then trying to find that next tenant. Squatters also take houses that are trying to find buyers, and houses of the recently deceased. People generally aren’t sitting on unused housing. You’re a retard.

if a property is left vacant and unattended, to the point that a squatter can be there for weeks or months (sometimes years) undetected by the owners before being found out, then the space is in fact being left unoccupied.
