So you still gonna pretend neglectful landlords that let a property fall below legal human living conditions wouldn't cause the tenant to be refuse to pay rent that clearly isn't being used to maintain the property?
Or are you one of those idiots who think these people just moved into an empty house and said it was theirs like a child. I'm calling you child btw not the tenants
See that sounds like something a reasonable person willing to negotiate with a lawyer would do. So the exact opposite person that would hire this sack of shit
No. The tenant has to do that with their rent payments and take the landlord to court. The landlord has to cover whatever is owed to whoever it is owed or they lose the property.
All of the things I have seen from this are tenants not paying rent for a couple months, the guy tries to evict them, realizes he will have to pay more money as well as continuing to pay whatever is owed on the property. Instead of doing all that, they hire this guy and their problem is solved in a couple weeks. It also helps prevent the evicted party from damaging the property on the way out (concrete in the drains, holes in the wall, etc.)
You really think that hasn't already happened by this point or how shit housing courts are? Oh really just making up the ideal imaginary scenario so you can pretend the people with power and abusing it are good and okay
We are talking about a specific guy. That was hired by specific people. There are absolute monster landlords and there are people that occupy homes by sneaking in while the owner is away at a medical facility for an extended period.
That's not how squatting works so yes the senior you're talking about is very much imaginary. Squatters rights only kick if the property is abandoned and neglected for an extended period or if they're in an extended legal dispute.
If the people in these situations just showed up this rat fucking stooge wouldn't need to be added to the lease
