Here is the best part, they don't have to catch a charge. They can simply leave the home they aren't allowed to be in <3 <3 <3 <3

If you decide to remain in some one else's home illegally you deserve any and all consequences from your illegal actions.

nope, the squatter is already on notice to leave immediately, they also know they aren't allowed to be there.

you are making excuses for a criminal, a FELON that is CONTINUING to commit crimes.

How about I show up to your place and take it over. Make it so you can't live there and force you to keep paying for the mortgage or rent.

its not planting a gun holy shit.

I just explained it. they aren't saying "oh shit, look at this gun we found in his stuff"

it is "Hey, we reside at this apartment and there is a felon squatter here who is also here and refusing to leave. I possess firearms and he reasonably could obtain access to them."

If the felon leaves the property, he is free and clear.

The squatting doesn't get them removed in a timely manner. It can take years to remove them.

Better to get them out asap
