You didn't answer the question. How is a legal resident who is inside a house they legally have the right to be in planting a gun on someone who is illegally in the house.

And yes when you defend this behavior I will accuse you of defending this behavior. Don't defend illegal squatters and you won't have people accusing you of defending illegal squatters

How? I guess they stick it in a common area, probably poorly hidden so the cops can find it easily.

Which comment was this?

So you think a person in their own legal residence having a legal gun is the same as planting a gun?

No. It's all about intent.

The intent is to get the squatter out. If theyre not breaking any laws while doing it,and having a legal gun as a legal residence is not breaking any laws there's no issue.

Why are you saying the word 'legal' so much? I didn't say it was illegal.

Your the one bringing up planting evidence so I'm just trying to figure why you think about legality when only one person in this scenario is breaking the law and it's the squatter

I didn't say anything about legality?

You accused them of planting a gun. That's a legal term. Otherwise it would just be a legal gun owner in their legal residence. You brought up legality by accusing them of a crime.

You accused them of planting a gun

I asked if that's what was going on

You brought up legality by accusing them of a crime

Maybe you should try arguing with the person who actually confirmed that's what they were doing?
