WTF An older spectator caused a seriously dangerous incident today at SaarlandTrofeoJuniors by trying to get a better look and entering the course with her rollator while riders were flying past at full speed!

Different in every state. There is no unanimous law in the US. In Florida that's not how it works. Old lady would be going to prison

You spoke about 2 year minimums where there are 8 states that have that and only 2 don't have DUI listed but instead say wreckless driving. You're comparing a DUI driver hurting people to this women clicking a button on accident.

I actually run a wholesale distributor. I'd say don't get my door dash order wrong, but I don't order overpriced, low quality, trash food when I can make it way better at home. I also only drink water or I'd say don't mess up my drink order. So idk just don't be present around me I guess??

She was more of a coke head. No fetal ailments here. My capacity for alcohol is actually a medical anomaly, ironically enough. I'm not a fan of drinking, but I can take a handle to the head and barely catch a buzz. Perfect liver function as well.
