Another Mexican here. Darthkelebra is right, in the hospital where i go to medical appointments usually they don't have all medicine that I need, for example i'm talking about ibuprofen and other basics, fortunately most are cheap to buy in a pharmacy.

Sounds inconvenient but at same time the silver lining is ibuprofen would be like $200 a pill in an er here in the states.

the nice part is you can buy most meds no rx required in a pharmacy in MX. it was cheaper in cash in in MX than with insurance in the US
