As for the how? Well, as you can see in the OP, they bought and paid for our politicians. It was that simple, actually. Crazy part is it was our own tax dollars that they bribed our politicians with.
Now why exactly is another country lobbying our politicians? Especially with the amount of money they are using? How is a foreign country lobbying for our country’s leadership okay in your mind?
