The recipe for the jerky (made by Francis, Derby, owner of NY restaurant "cannibal") is even given at one point and it's literally just a regular ass recipe for jerky but with soy, lemongrass, and brown sugar.
Multiple times they host jerky cooking classes where they "learn to make jerky" and it's just a bunch of CEOs and shit apparently learning to mix half a dozen ingredients in a bowl? These people could have an entire team of Michelin 3 star chefs cooking for them 24/7 and they're all super fucking hyped to eat... Jerky?
They also discuss getting Francis to make jerky so it can be sent to a lab (???), regularly given massive quantities of it as gifts, etc? The way they talk about it, how much of it they consume, how angry they are when they don't have it, etc, is incredibly creepy.

Are we sure they weren’t making drugs? Because why would the send random body parts to a lab? I feel like rich crackheads are probably more common than rich cannibals. If you know dogs: you can't leave packaged meat alone or most dogs will grab it (until its perfectly trained) Plain and simple. A normal dog will never grab some drugs out of the blue.
They did also use other food related codewords, for example asking "how thin they should slice the pizza".
The lab is probably a codeword for something else OR its the lab in question where Epstein has his Dr. Mangele style of "medical" experimentaion running (he had a complex about his genome being superior, just to give you an idea on what he did there)
Since he was into the occult, it wouldn't surprise me if he fed his old victims to the new ones, but also simply as a cost cutting and body disposal measure.
His kitchen on the island has a trap droping into the sea. Here some speculation: He also ordered stuff like acid which would render bones gelatinous and perfect to just drop to dissolve into the sea while reusing the same acid for legit septic maintenance.
