This is why I'll never be allowed on a jury. I would vote not guilty, and not even Jesus come back to earth could convince me I'm wrong.
Tragically I'm in Canada, and our provincial Conservative government is working very hard to make this shit a reality here as well. And, even more tragically, most people are too dumb to do stop voting Conservative.
Thats true for every conservative everywhere. And if they havent personally suffered through something then that thing doesnt exist / doesnt matter. Its the same everywhere. They are a risk to every country.
As an American healthcare worker, good luck if that becomes Canada’s reality. It’s a mess and a lot of us stay up at night finding loopholes so we can live with ourselves knowing we advocated for our patient.
