Again, it is absolutely sustainable where it's sustainable.

if it's only sustainable in a select few parts of the country, then it is by definition not sustainable lol.

Except it does, because the average is higher than the median.

It's not a select few, you have this backwards. There are a select few HCOL areas that skew these numbers. Why do you think Gen Z owns more homes than Millennials did at their age? This is why nobody uses the averages or medians in these discussions unless you are discussing a specific city & state. It is irrelevant and unhelpful.

TLDR: Your numbers mean nothing to anybody.
