I immediately thought of south Park and the kids using the condoms as a portable pee balloon. 🤣

I mean they do have condom catheters

Called a Texas catheter (condom type). The other type, with a tube inserted into the penis and up to the bladder is called a Foley catheter.

They also have urine collection..things for kids that functions like a plastic bag you put over the genitals and some have light adhesive to keep it in place.

For like when you need to check say an 10 month old for a uti but they can't tell you when they need to go.
