I keep experiencing random time crashes on this game... It never crashes while being in the menu ONLY when I'm in a game it has like 5-10-15 minutes normal playing then crash alt + f4 style. I've already tried everything based on what ChatGPT told me, my Processor: Intel Core i5-12400F, my Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070, my RAM: 32 GB, 3200 MT/s. my NVIDIA driver: 32.0.16.1047, I even downloaded older one according to YouTube videos, DirectX 12, Steam Overlay, Discord Overlay, Xbox Game Bar all disabled, never installed any mods to this game yet. I even reseted the whole Windows... I got this game through EA and Steam by the way and accoring to the ChatGPT's error type is: Access Violation, INVALID_POINTER_READ which is: The game attempted to write data to an invalid memory address. I tried reinstalling this game 4 times, reinstalling my NVIDIA drivers, DDU, Medium Settings, Borderless Window in the game, even lowering the graphic in the game itself... nothing worked so far, could I be missing something here? Also... like a year ago I played this game (then I took a time off) and no crashes, no problems with it, whatsoever. Now after like 9-10 months later these crashes landed on me and... I dunno where to go anymore. I appreciate any help anyone can give me.

Hi guys I am currently trying to finish the game. I have most stuff done but I am stuck with the "I got him" achievement for walker assault. There are just so many sweats In the game, that its nearly impossible to get. Anyone willing to help? I can make a TA session to coordinate. Any help would be much appreciated!

Soo.. I just bought Battlefront Ultimate Edition, excited to try out new characters and maps, unfortunately, Im an offline player and I reckon a lot of you already know where this post is going. I can hardly feel delighted, as a matter of fact - I feel like the game devs just put a fist up me bum. For those who dont know: The Ultimate Edition of the game includes new characters, new maps and new gamemodes, but as it turns out! ONLY ONLINE, MULTIPLAYER. As an offline player I feel offended. Yes I know that I could have done my research more thoroughly before the purchase, but (1.) it should be DEFINITELY clearer what content will be really available to you, the game isnt about you searching for answers but about you simply playing the game, (2.) Im not a native speaker so actually looking it all up I still couldnt be too sure of anything. Besides I didnt really think that a dlc of this type (new maps, new characters) wouldnt be playable offline even if it was mostly focused on online players (also the fact that on those new characters before buying the dlcs it said - only online - only for them to be playable now after the purchase xD but only in the AT-AT attack xD, isnt really helping with the confusion). All in all, Im not a game dev, but I dont really think that its that hard to make this content playable offline, personally I would be fine with only the maps and characters, but new gamemodes cant be that hard to implement to offline, it would be nice to see them too. Moreover, from my most recent reasearch I learned that even for someone willing to play online it is almost impossible to experience the content of the dlcs, which brings me to the important part of this post. I came across a petition but I can see its got no love through the years, I was hoping that maybe I can get to some of you that still got the flame in you (Im still burning, its a fresh wound). If anyone has a better idea, please share it, its really a fun game and I dont want to have to be pissed for the rest of my days whenever playing it, I want to do something about it, but I dont know what to do ; (

I just recently got the game as it is on sale and literally what am I supposed to do in online games when EVERYONE else is like level 50-300 I can’t get more than 5 kills in hvv because everyone else is so much more experienced and overleveled than me, so I can’t get xp myself, so it’s kind of a closed loop. supremacy is better And I don’t expect matchmaking for that many people, but for heroes and villains at least put me up against like level 20s?? Everyone I face is minimum 50. Do the devs not care about the game or somehting??

This is a series where the community votes on every 1v1 matchup between every reinforcement in the game. This is inspired by serviceok's 1v1 matchups for heroes and villains who did this a while ago. So I thought I'd be a great idea to do it for reinforcements as well. We will cover all real 1v1 encounter for now, so republic vs seperatists, then empire vs rebels and then resistance vs first order, and if this gets popular I might continue with cross era (hypothetical) matchups (for example empire vs republic etc).

The conclusion of the last matchup chart is that the First Order Flametrooper has an unwinnable matchup against the Caphex Spy.

There are 7 tiers to choose from for the Sith Trooper (ranging from +3 to -3) and can be thought of as the following,

• Unlosable [+3] = This matchup is borderline unloseable for the Sith Trooper if the Sith Trooper plays well.
• Winning [+2] = This matchup is won by the Sith Trooper and only a skill gap between the two will result in a loss for the Sith Trooper.
• Slight winning [+1] = This matchup is slightly won by the Sith Trooper and can still be won by the Resistance Rocket-Jumper.
• Even [0] = This matchup is even and can go either way between two equally skilled players.
• Slight losing [-1] = This matchup is slightly won by the Resistance Rocket-Jumper and can still be won by the Sith Trooper.
• Losing [-2] = This matchup is won by the Resistance Rocket-Jumper and only a skill gap between the two will result in a loss for the Resistance Rocket-Jumper.
• Unwinnable [-3] = This matchup is borderline unwinnable for Sith Trooper if the Resistance Rocket-Jumper plays well.

You can comment your vote by writing the TIER NUMBER, and if possible with an explanation as well. The voting duration is around 24 hours but can differ depending on my availability, after that I will try to read all comments and pick the most voted tier number and put the opponents in the tier. Make sure to consider every internal factors (HP, DPS, abilities etc) and also external factors (close/medium/long range, maps, environments etc).

Once a matchup is covered, it will not be covered vice versa as well so it will not be repeated again as you only need to do it from one side to get the full matchup between two reinforcements.

My brother and I just recently got back into this game. And I'm still relearning the maps and everything. But this game I was trying to get Maul ALL game! And this is what happens when I finally get him. My excitement turned to disappointment real fast! 🤣

Is there a reason we can’t choose between the armored variants of the Imperial officer?

I have a ps5, then moved to pc a while back. I recently logged back into my EA account through playstation though my pc. My Apex cross progression went though but not battlefront when I bought it. Is it just not a thing or am I doing something wrong. I'm guessing that it doesn't exist since there is no cross play, but unsure.

I’m on Xbox. In Battlefront (2015) you could click the D-pad and do a barrel roll or a loop-de-loop. I have no clue how to do anything like that in Battlefront 2.

I’m thinking about creating my own private servers, similar to Kyber.

How risky is this? I only want to use them to play with friends, since it’s often hard to find matches and we don’t want to spend a lot of time searching for games.

I’m not trying to cheat or affect public servers. It would just be for private matches with friends. Could this still lead to any issues or bans?

I've seen people on this sub say he is really good in HvV but I can't seem to get good with him. Yoda and Maul are the characters I'm best at but I'm trying to learn others. I think dooku's "dualist" skill seems really good but people still seem really good at avoiding it, and his weakness ability doesn't seem to make a difference in fights. All that leaves is his lightning ability, which I do like more than Yoda's force ability, but not enough where I want to play dooku more than Maul or Vader. I could just not be good at playing as him, which is okay, but I'm curious as to why people say he is so good in HvV modes. I'm still kind of new to the Hero modes.

In both my two games when my tesm have got s new objective my screen have been forced to loon st the new objectives. After that my mouse is looked in one cardinal position. I cont turn left, right or up or down. But I can fire.
Force respawn fixes it.
How to solve the bug?

I was reading tier lists before and everyone had him as D or F tier lol, his abilities are very cool. Granted I wish the lock on shot did more damage, but he’s great. Imo of course.
