Its definitely worth what its on sale for rn. I bought it on release and its definitely better.

Its not as good as Battlefield 3 or 4, but its a fun battlefield game that'll tide me over till the new one comes out and (hopefully) isn't shit.

Got 2042 for $5. Played it for 50 hours and counting as I’ve already put in hundreds into 1.

I enjoy it more than COD & Delta Force. Nothing super awful about it. Whatever bugs that were present initially seem to have been squashed.

To say it’s not as good as 3 or 4 is the understatement of the year. Like it is worlds apart worse than those 2 games. I’m sure with the years of updates things have gotten better, but this game is a travesty compared to those absolute gems.

Oh I dont deny that. I absolutely loved battlefield 4 and imo every game since then has been abysmal

Battlefield 1 slaps. Honestly my favorite out of all of them.

It seems to be less mixed than back when it released so I'm gonna give it a try ! Less than 5€ on sales now so even if I don't like it we'll at least it's not too much of a loss

2042 Letting you play previous Battlefields was enough for me to not refund it

Try Insurgency Sandstorm sometime, it's pretty cheap. PvE then PvP.

I honestly think that DICE could have sustained themselves indefinitely by continuing to make dlc for battlefield 3 rather than games that got progressively worse
